This is one of the reasons why despite my sun allergy, we still go fishing. I love bream and I love it fried.
Because of our weekend fishing adventure, I have ample supply of bream in my freezer. When I feel like eating fish, I jut fry a pack of them. The last time I fried this, I dipped it with soy sauce and frozen calamansi. I was in heaven!
