Grilled eggplant has an aroma that is so irresistible that is why I was glad that we bought a charcoal grill. With the little charcoal grill that we have, we already grilled some veggies, steaks, fish and more.
Today if the weather permits, will be another day to grill! I hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday! Be blessed everyone!

2Yummy…I may have to buy me a charcoal grill so I can do the same. Hubby asked me to make eggplant salad just like the one he tasted that my Mom cooked when we visited Pinas. It has been years since he asked me and haven’t cook like if for him yet

4i think im gonna by a grill just like that. after we moved.. we decided to leave our grill behind because it was so dirty. its time to get a new one. i always wanted to have something nice, but i cant wait for that nice one. i want a charcoal grill right now! kuk! na inggit ko sa imong talong mommy hehehehe
